The DAIWA Tatula BC series has been specifically developed for modern baitcasting with hard- and soft lures, offering the suitable rod for virtually every technique. Depending on the model´s action, the range is perfectly designed for fishing with crankbaits, chatterbaits, softlures, jerk- and stickbaits. The lightweight finesse model with a casting weight of 1.8–11g is designed for delicate light lure presentations, while the most powerful version, rated up to 113g, features a slightly more progressive action, making it ideal for medium-sized jerkbaits and 15–21cm swimbaits. The four-piece travel model is a versatile all-round rod with a well-balanced medium-fast action.
The exceptionally light and fast SVF carbon fibre blanks, combined with proven X45 technology, deliver outstanding sensitivity, exceptional torsional strength and highly accurate casting performance. Fuji Alconite K-guides further enhance the blanks' fast recovery. The V-Joint ferrule, together with the Put-In construction, ensures a smooth and progressive bending curve and perfect balance. The rods are all featuring DAIWA's exclusive ergonomic Air Sensor reel seat made from carbon composite, reducing overall weight while providing outstanding comfort and sensitivity during long fishing sessions.
