DAMAGES AT YOUR FISHING EQUIPMENT?

DAIWA Germany has its own technical service, to which all our retailers are affiliated. Our team is trained to repair all rods and reels, as well as equipment from our catalog in the shortest possible time.

Our retailers are the key link for reaching us – please send any requests for rod or reel repairs exclusively through your retailer. He is in direct contact with the technical service team and will keep you informed about the repair process.

Please note that your reel can only be processed if both the proof of purchase and the fully completed reel accompanying document are enclosed, and the reel has been handed over to your authorized retailer.
