Thanks to high-quality spigot joints, the DAIWA Crossfire Travel rods feature slim blanks with a smooth, harmonious bending curve that reminds to that of a conventional two-piece rod. The lightweight, slim carbon blanks, combined with the EVA handle section, provide excellent balance and comfortable handling – ideal for long days of fishing while travelling.
The model range covers a broad spectrum of applications. From light spinning for perch and trout to powerful fishing for pike and zander, the series offers the rod for every situation. A specially developed 3.00m five-piece model is available for distance casting for sea trout or seabass. Outstanding rod performance in this price segment.

Rod blanks made of "High Modulus Carbon +" are made of high module carbon fibers with elevated density. As a consequence, HMC+ blanks contain only a reduced resin amount compared to conventional Pre Preg carbon fibers. HMC+ therefore represents a quality level prior to the exclusive HVF carbon fibers. Rods made of this exquisite carbon fiber material are faster, more lightweight and better balanced than rods made of standard materials with high resin amount or composite blanks mixed of carbon and glass fiber.
