The 26 Tatula P/F combines a variety of exclusive DAIWA technologies, making this probably one of the best pitching and flipping reels available today. Compared to the normal Tatula models, the P/F series features some technical details that have been specially designed to meet the requirements of accurate, fast and frequent casting.
The 100mm handle arm provides perfect leverage to push and keep fish out of obstacles. In combination with the large and grippy EVA handle knob, it is ideal for easily moving heavy lures and applying big pressure during the fight.
The Magforce-Z drag system offers better casting control and longer distances, especially for flat, accurate casts due to the reduced interference of the magnetic inductor compared to DAIWA‘s SV-Boost system. A flat trajectory also produces less noise when the bait hits the surface, which is essential, especially when fishing in shallow water near obstacles. The 34mm aluminium spool also provides better casting distances for powerful casts and does not overrun as quickly as smaller diameter spools.
