Rod blanks made of "High Modulus Carbon +" are made of high module carbon fibers with elevated density. As a consequence, HMC+ blanks contain only a reduced resin amount compared to conventional Pre Preg carbon fibers. HMC+ therefore represents a quality level prior to the exclusive HVF carbon fibers. In October 2009, this "Think Clean" activity was renamed and streamlined by "BE EARTH-FRIENDLY" and we do not only clean up fishing environments, but also support the activities of the Daiwa Young Fishing Club (Daiwa Young Fishermen's Club) in Japan.
