The Grand Wave Expedition backpack features a spacious, two-level main compartment (36x25x42cm) and a detachable hard-shell bottom compartment (37x25x13cm). The hard-shell bottom compartment includes two large, waterproof EVA pockets (33x10x8.5 cm) that are ideal for transport and protection of high-quality lures such as poppers, stick baits, or jigs. As an option, high value fishing reels can also be safely stowed in there as the sturdy hard-shell frame offers perfect protection from outer impacts. Furthermore, this compartment is designed to exactly accommodate two DAIWA LR D-Boxes to offer additional options for the safe transport of other accessories. The main compartment offers enormous storage space for all the required equipment for a long fishing day on board. The lower pocket of the main compartment is provided with two additional waterproof EVA pouches (21x14x8cm and 24x16x9cm) for the save and neatly organized transport of leader spools, swivels, hooks, knot pullers and other smaller accessories. This compartment also features a separate mesh jig bag – ideal for transporting the choice-of-day lures and subsequently washing jigs, poppers, soft plastic lures and other artificial lures. The upper main compartment offers ample space for all you could need during a session like rain clothing, tackle boxes, sunscreen and other larger accessories. The lid of the main compartment features an additional waterproof, see-through flat pocket and a splash-proof flap. Frequently used items such as pliers, gloves, fish grips, leader spools or other accessories can be stored here with fast access and neatly organized. Additional zipped pockets on both sides provide secure storage for smartphones, documents and other accessories. An integrated plier holder and four side loops support attachment of additional carabiners or other equipment. A rubberized bottom and water-repellent zippers prevent against water ingress and moisture. Comes with extra-wide, "non-soaking" shoulder straps to ensure high carrying comfort and maximum durability when fully loaded.
